The pros are that the company is on Michigan Avenue and we can miss as many days as we want without being told anything.
Cons
This company is a joke. People get drunk almost everyday while doing work. There are some employees that do not do anything all day besides waste office space. The owners and management are rude and do not know how to manage a company. If you care about your career reputation and life do not hire this company or apply there.
