You already feel like working in an MNC, the people/cultural sticks to great values. Haven't seen micro-management, neither the tension of punctuality/leaves if you're doing your assigned on time. Everyone is supportive, doesn't matter if it's your team or not.

Growing definitely faster, if you lose the momentum, sometimes things goes too far, though everyone will push you to reach that level.

The only con I can think of personally, and not generally is that they are based on Mumbai and the cost of living is relatively high
