      Pros

      The people are really nice and you get to be involved in all aspects of an active design project.

      Cons

      Super fast-paced, not much time is spent on properly studying & developing design concepts. Designers take on coordination tasks that are usually the architect's responsibility.

      All the rest. Very poor communication with menagement. Smocking employée and overstressed people who'll push their miserable vibes on you
