      I honestly can’t think of any pros about working for this company.

      Cons

      I have never seen a company that treats employees so badly, especially the low level employees. Frontline staff get stuck on shift for 16-48 hours because it is illegal to leave before they are relieved. KIM is constantly understaffed, having 50+ positions open at any given time. But the owner/administrator keeps adding clients anyway.

      The leadership’s flexibility with work life balance. Also the direction the company is headed is very promising. I also value the people we serve. Another thing I value is the community KIM has built through hiring amazing people.

      working directly with clients makes you feel like you matter.

      Cons

      Communication feels weak; often changes are made without clear instructions, and when you raise issues about workload or scheduling, it can feel like they’re brushed aside.
