Pros
Colleagues and peers are amazing. Collaborative and supportive, teams cross functionally typically work well together to execute and deliver on projects. Generally, as Kitopi covers a wealth of brands, the job scope is typically fun and no day is the same.
Cons
This is hands down the cheapest employer I have ever worked for. Promotions are situational depending on yet another restructure's new requirements, conversations are openly shared and had that trickle down asking managers to downgrade their employees' performances so they don't need to give raises. I've heard other employees' salaries shared with me and others. When you are promoted, it's because there's a gap to fill, not because you've met your KPIs. Super political and not for the best or right reasons. Employees' outlooks inevitably turn negative and are then blamed for not having a positive outlook when they are being stretched to the absolute brim. Management make decisions without actually understanding the situations in their own team.
