Pros
Lots of room to grow and move up in the company. The people you work with become family, especially the field staff. I can't say enough about how great the foremen are. There is a lot to learn in this industry and Kirlin encourages you to keep learning, no matter your position in the company.
Cons
The President of my particular division is stellar, but the other presidents I've met I cannot say the same for. Recently corporate has been throwing too many new policies/ programs at employees all at once, a lot of it being tedious, cheesy, and overkill (make goals & discuss with your boss every 3 months being just one example). It feels as if they want us to all work as robots, being graded on how well we do our jobs based on what a computer program classifies that as. Corporate also seems to get too involved in each division.
