Once you're hired in, you're in good shape for the most part. Stable job. Fair expectations usually.
Cons
Advancement was not linear at all. Nucor really emphasizes relocation to move ahead, so skills and talent take a back seat. Many people were promoted simply because they did whatever was asked at all costs.
