Exciting, fast-paced, yet financially stable firm with an entrepreneurial atmosphere. Everyone's opinion is valued no matter what your"level" or title. All employees are empowered to make things happen. Focus in on results and value and not on endless paperwork. Not a good fit if you need a ton of structure or prefer to operate within rigid guidelines.
Cons
As a small/mid-sized privately owned company, benefits are limited, although the basics are well-covered (health with some dental and vision, life, pre-tax transportation, parking and medical cards) -- but this is also offset by salaries that tend to be on the higher side for each job description.
