There is frequent turnover there.

You learn about all different cultures and gain respect for helping everyone. You want to provide the best care possible no matter who you are treating.

Too many nonclinical staff members. Upper management and their cronies use federal dollars to travel and participate in paid networking events while clinical staff is denied useful clinical education. There is no support for the clinical staff.
