There is scope to advance if you put the effort in. Overseas travel if you want it. Good grad program
Cons
Far too much internal politics at the higher end of the management team. Employees sacrifices go unrecognized. This division has lost some exceptional people since 2012. Don't put any effort into doing strat plans/ business proposals, the input will not be used.
