Pros
Opportunities to work with big brands due to the company’s connection and relationship
Cons
1. Low compensation - Despite that, the superior constantly bring up to remind you how much you’re cost and how much value you should bring to the team 2. Disrespect - Daily demeaning & insulting comments and treat one like you’re mentally challenged or just plain stupid. Loud random yelling at you in the open office with no context, giving wrong impressions to the colleagues. 3. Micro Manage - Does his daily patrols every 30min and ask million questions on every single thing you do or going to do or why you do this and not that, anything not up to his expected answers = more yelling & insults 4. Slave driving - 9am to 10pm is a norm in the office and cutting lunch short for naps, unrealistic expectations in terms of timeline and deliverables 5. Favoritism - Selective few gets papa’s good side, you’ll be surprised by how well he actually can treat somebody 6. Irrational Expectation - As long as you’re the selected victim, nothing you do is a good thing in the eyes of the superior 7. Culture - Unfortunately, this is the practice in the company and the superior learned this from his superior 8. Scapegoat - Everything is blamed on the person who left and untrue rumors are spread to make the superior look good and nice, leaving him seem like a victim of a scam but he’s the one scamming people 9. High turnover - The turnover rate there is very very high, and i am not the only one who feels this way. Many has shared their concerns and verbalized their unhappiness but non was addressed and they were blamed for whatever reasons he can think of. 10. Discouraging - Humiliating and making the interns cry are also a very common scene I can list another 100 cons but i think you get the gist of this place. Whatever negativity you hear from friends or ex employees, most of the time they are 120% real. So do re-consider and join at your own risk.
