Pros
Good bonus potential and overall benefits are good. People are supportive and it's a nice environment to work in.
Cons
There is very limited progression and no personal objectives - if you are a star performer or someone who does the bare minimum you are rewarded the same. Company seems to be reducing numbers in finance (Not replacing people who resign) but workload remains the same. Trend seems to be stay two years gain experience and then leave externally to get promoted.
