Pros

Kinetix Technology is a wonderful company. The company has excellent clients and offer great compensation. Their people are very supportive and dedicated. For them, employee's welfare is as important as client's preferences. They treat your problems as their own and do their best to resolve them. Specially, Jamie Foster and Peter Weiman are gems of the organization. I would certainly recommend Kinetix as a great employer to work for! Look forward to see them grow.

Cons

Can't think of anything solid. One may have to travel depending on the location of the client as they have clients across USA.

Pros

These folks close the loop on all your job interviews. They will tell you the outcome no matter if it is favorable or not. 98% of recruiters fall off the radar if you do not get an offer; it seems to be an industry practice. It could be that recruiters don't want to be the bearer of bad news. However, Kinetix Technology will tell you the outcome and give you feedback. I also appreciated the agenda they give you before an interview; you know exactly who you will be talking to and at which times. I also liked the personal touch they give by having a representative on site to meet the candidate before the interview; I don't know of any recruiting firms that practices this pre-interview meeting. It makes the candidate feel cared for; not unlike an agency relationship in Jerry McGuire when Jerry gave special attention to his player. Lastly, I also liked how they call you up and give you background information on the interview process, interviewers, and pointers for success. There's no less than 3 folks on that phone call, and this experience makes it seem very important.

Cons

I wish they would push back to the employers and get more clarity on the interview agenda. Sometimes, some agendas are not as clear as they can be.
