I was working at Kinetix Solutions for over 3 years. I was happy working there at first but over time noticed that the President/CEO sometimes raises his voice and yells at some of his employees. He has no emotional intelligence. This company got hacked during the Pandemic and later tried to recover. There is a very poor level of communication between employees and departments. There is much confusion when trying to assist hundreds of various customers originally supported by Sage IT support based in Jacksonville, Florida. Waiting to receive a employee Review takes forever and there is much confusion and chaos in the Helpdesk Department. There is also a huge lack of support documentation to support the several various customers located across the U.S and the Helpdesk Manager does not know who they even are... The Technical Account Managers have no clue what they are doing, leave the office early and don't care. My Dell Desktop computer running Windows 10 randomly restarts automatically by itself and no one seemed to care that this was a problem affecting my work ethic. This is a horrible place to work. Don't waste your time here...
