We welcome all feedback either positive or negative and we are sorry you feel this way. We are working very hard to develop our leadership team and ensure a fair and positive employee experience for everyone. Naturally in the course of growing so quickly, we may encounter challenges along the way. We have introduced weekly 1-2-1s and quarterly appraisals to hopefully address any individual frustrations. We take any such concerns very seriously and would take steps to address if made aware.
