Pros

Nobody cares what you do, you can get away with not working and being a horrible employee.

Cons

Management pretends like they care about employees, but never listen to feedback or make any changes. Office atmosphere is terrible, employees are passive aggressive, rude, and make it a tense environment. Good work is rarely recognized. No room for promotion or raises. Maybe if you fight for yourself for years you'll get a few k more, but highly unlikely. Hiring team has no sense of what the office needs, hire the wrong person for the job most of the time.

Pros

While not especially passionate about e-learning, I love the work that I do here. There is always something new to learn, and the variety of work and clients keep things interesting. Team members are fun to work with and respect each others' ideas. Employees are empowered to innovate and help develop company-wide processes. As a Kineo employee, you should be comfortable with being self-managed and self-motivated. You won't find a manager who stands over your shoulder and micro-manages your work. That said, managers regularly make themselves available to discuss any concerns you have or to discuss potential growth opportunities. Ultimately, management makes you feel like a valued and respected team member. Good benefits (health insurance, vacation). Flexible WFH policy (even before the pandemic).

Cons

Good salary but not great. Need better onboarding for employees.
