      -Relationship with teachers -Working with the kids and getting to know each one of them -School events (ex: Halloween party, Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas dinner, etc.)

      -Pay is not that great for all the work you do -Communication issue between teachers and management -Very tiring sometimes
