      Pros

      The only pro was discounted childcare

      Cons

      Directors are extremely overworked by their DM's. They are salaried so they make no money, are told to do slightly illegal/immoral things just to get the numbers up such as enroll past capacity. Left and I make more now in a different field, thank God I got off the sinking ship.

      Pros

      Gained a lot of experience, had a wonderful time and experiences with kids and families, the hours were decent.

      Cons

      Upper management was horrible and unhelpful in most situations. Co-workers engaged in high-school like behavior. Not enough staff for the amount of kids which led to overwhelming and potentially dangerous situations. It led to burnout very quickly.
