Unorganized management team. Everyone calls off all the time because they don’t pay well. They always hire teenagers. Its bad. They put people with no experience with kids in rooms with infants. With very little training. It’s scary actually. Why not put the older women or moms in there? Also if you are friends with the boss, good for you. You will get special treatment. You’ll never get out on time if parents come late to get their kids which is every day.
