- Hardworking people with lots of prior experience and a specialization in either renewables and related technologies or traditional oil & gas - Work is split into very friendly and small teams - Emphasis on group culture, to the point that teams are staying late to work together or going home early together depending on the workload

- Interns are left to their own devices to contribute to work flow, which is both an opportunistic and challenging approach

Leader in PE and Energy and it feels it. Bright people. Exciting. A real team.
