Awesome to regular in less than 5 years - Sales Manager Kimberly-Clark Employee Review

Not great at communicating or driving change (i.e.: RTO was announced recently, out of the blue, with almost no room for exceptions even for people who's basically remote). Career opportunities are there, yet they don't necessarily reflect in your paycheck if you land one. In just 5 years the company has done nothing but downsize, even selling 100% of it's international business and reducing it's national business to the core categories we sell, making job security a rising concern among employees.
