Pros

The pay is ok and it increases yearly. But doesn't keep up with inflation. Some of the benefits are good. Work is fairly consistent with some inconsistency at times.

Cons

Not the best health insurance. They have a gym but only a few people have lockers. Atmosphere and moral of workers is in a dismal state currently

Pros

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

Cons

While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.

Can often get lost in the crowd since it’s such a massive company. Need to work to get your work noticed
