Here you will find leaders that will set you up for success with sufficient opportunities to shine. Because of the organization structure, there is also incredible window for leadership exposure that allows you to interact directly with C-suites and learning directly from them.

Cons

The organization is relatively lean hence one might need to take up more work

Pros

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

Cons

While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
