Pros

Good flexibility with work schedules. Opportunities for training and personal growth. Good performance management process and open opportunities process.

Cons

Have been through a couple of periods of lay offs that have made the work environment more stressful and negative than it used to be. Haven't seen much in the way of streamlining of work and many people are overwhelmed with the work they've had to take on. Also there is an absolutely terrible performance review process in place that has created a lot of tension and competition among employees that didn't used to be there.

Pros

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

Cons

While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.
