There’s a strong culture of ownership, where people are trusted to take initiative and move quickly, which makes it a great environment for growth. Leadership is transparent and focused on results, while still being thoughtful about long term strategy. I also appreciate how data driven the company is. There's a strong emphasis on testing and learning. It’s a fast paced environment, but that comes with a lot of opportunity to make a tangible impact. Overall, Kikoff is a great place for anyone who wants to work on meaningful problems, grow quickly, and be surrounded by talented, motivated people.
