      Pros

      Great people, good management team, good pay for a startup, product was ground breaking and fun to work on. Very nice offices.

      Cons

      Low number of stock options for a startup. Tried to do too many features before shipping, company acted more like a large company rather than a startup.

      Pros

      The problems are interesting, the development environment is good. The hours and vacation is flexible and there is plenty of room for growth.

      Cons

      The product still hasn't gone to market. It can be a little discouraging working on something that you can't talk about or show anyone.
