Where do i start!!! Management, jamie and jack no man management skills what so ever all there care about is jobs going in regardless of safety and no thought to the employee also aggressive managers threatening staff this is so they can achive there bonus. Working hours very long and paid per job sometimes you will be under the min wage calculated by the hours you do sometimes out late i mean 8 oclock working in the dark again job mist go in regardless of safety The work load is ridiculous when you get sent out of area to work you again will get no support because again the team leaders in that area have no man management skills again job must go in regardless Virgin media you shpuld be ashamed to contract your work out in this way to a load of cowboys Pay You will get recharged if you loose stock and when you attempt to question it, no way sign here wages deducted.. Very stressfull job due to the lack of support and management if you read the reviews they all say the same !!!! Cant be wrong I was one of the lucky and sensible one to get out please avoid this company installing vm though kier !!!!!
