Once Kier recognises your talent, then they will let you spread your wings a little more, and branch out to learning and working on new things. Training courses provided.

Cons

Kier take advantage of young naive workers - "Sorry, you've missed the pay review this year. There's nothing we can do." Young workers don't get a valid pay review and/or bonus.

Pros

Visible and accessible strong leadership from senior management. Excellent development and engagement to make you feel valued and rewarded. Great employee benefits such as pensions, sharesaves and discount schemes

Cons

None, except the industry as a whole finds it difficult to attract people to a very enjoyable construction and infrastructure market sector
