      • Insurance coverage few hrs before, during, and few hrs after service time. • Got team just incase anything happens to you. • Got bonus ONLY IF you reach minimum target.

      Cons

      • Low pay rate if working more than 3 hours. Less than RM20/hour and most of the time, you’re expected to do educational activities with the kids. Honestly, the reasonable pay for jobs with Kiddocare is RM25/hour. • You have to provide toys/materials at your own expenses or you will get bad review if you don’t provide toys or demanded activities.

      - Prepares training for the new babysitter. - Gives such a good pay especially for students who want to earn extra money - Careline available for help in case there are any emergency or help needed. Fast response.

      Cons

      - Commitment fee may be a bit burden to the students but it is a good way to instill responsibility in babysitters.
