Great organization run by seasoned founders and awesome culture that encourages open communication and feedback, excellent work life balance, and a social mission to help children learn by creating a vibrant ecosystem of personalized learning experiences. The benefits are comparable to other companies in the valley.
Cons
There are some growing pains regarding organizational structure and ownership areas, but I'm confident that they will get ironed out.
