It is a good place to start out and get experience in the job and the pay is not bad starting out either.
Cons
After so long of working there you start to notice that they even give preference to tribal members who have no experience or cant get certified to do the jobs in upper management instead of anyone who has the knowledge and experience that can make it better and easier to work.
