7yThank you for leaving a review and for sharing some candid feedback. We appreciate it. You provided feedback on several topics including work space, vacation/workload, hiring and upper management. And, the underlying theme seems to ultimately come down to "feedback" based on your "advice to management". You're right, constructive feedback can't be effectively captured in full by solely deploying an Employee Promoter Score (1-10) survey. It's for that reason that we solicit specific feedback quarterly in that same exercise related to "what would improve your rating" and "what would decrease your rating" in comment form and it's anonymous. The themes of feedback that come out of those responses are priceless and allow us to share those themes with the global organization alongside proposed solutions. Additionally, our recent roll out of professional development training centered around alignment and feedback exchanges should speak to our commitment to demonstrate a competency in giving, receiving and applying feedback as a company. Every employee had the opportunity to experience this training and we've received positive feedback on the application of the concepts thus far. But, there's still work to do. Hopefully, you shared this feedback with context during your exit interview as we use those meetings to identify exactly what we can do better to continually improve experiences for our team members. I'd be glad to chat with you to learn more about your feedback and experience if you'd be open to it. And, to be clear, we don't look to bias or influence feedback we receive. Actually, we welcome the feedback. Good, bad or indifferent. We wish you the best as you pursue your next career step.
