No Micromanaging! - Business Development Manager Kibo Pay Employee Review

No micromanaging! That is one of the best things about this place. Management has trust in their employees. They trust me to do what is right and give me the freedom to do it. The pay is great and there is no limit to the commissions I can make. If I need to take time off, they don't give me a hassle. I feel like this is my own business and I work for me, not for some boss making money off of me.
