Collaboration is nearly non-existent, as employees tend to choose their tasks in isolation. This siloed approach creates confusion about the reasons behind our work and how it contributes to the company's goals. The absence of a shared vision makes it difficult to stay motivated. Khatabook's overall company culture leaves much to be desired. Transparency is lacking, adding to the overall sense of disconnection and frustration. Without a unified sense of purpose and better communication, it's challenging to thrive in this environment. Establishing a clear sense of direction, fostering open communication, and sharing a defined vision could greatly improve the employee experience at the company.
