Kim works very hard to balance fairness and accountability with the business of running a school. - Benefits; a lot of thought goes into the benefit design to ensure the best options are available to employees. There are a lot of options to chose from. - Salary; the Head of School put in a lot of time reviewing salary surveys and designing a compensation package that was fair and competitive. The comp policy took the subjective element out of the equation.

- Growth is never without it's challenges

Creative school, really devoted teachers. The families are overall kind and supportive, parents want to contribute and help. The teachers are very thoughtful and dedicated. Collaboration and teamwork was always enjoyable. Admin is open to hearing and experiencing different modes of teaching and curriculum.

Higher up admin play favorites and kind of throw people under the bus. Admin can make things way too personal and it starts to feel disrespectful towards very capable and kind teachers. People were laid off who shouldn't have been, and teachers were made promises that admin did not honor. Such a shame, because the school has awesome potential.
