I personally had a poor experience with KForce. The culture of a "family" is not accurate. After working there for several months many co workers didn't know my name yet [small office, maybe 25 people]. My entire experience can pretty much be summed up that on my first full day- i thought the office was closed because no one showed me/told me where to go into the building first thing in the morning. Pretty ironic that a company that specializes in staffing for others does such a poor job at welcoming/retaining their own staff.
