The pros for Keystone is they use to listen to their employees and make sure you were heard.

They aren't fully staffed, so doing your job is hard.

Lot's of camaradarie among staff. All holidays and summers off. Work day ends by 3:30pm except for occasional meetings.

Very few or insignificant raises, no ladder to climb, stuck in pay category if you're without master's degree (same in all public education though)
