      Cool building. Good wellness initiative.

      Cons

      Employees are underpaid. Benefits continue to be discontinued as company loses clients. Very top down management. Little room for growth. Minimal diversity.

      Pros

      not really many to mention.

      Cons

      no visible interaction from owners. little direction given from incompetent inexperienced managers, good ole boy buddies club rules for advancement, everyone related so no chance to move up. few set procedures on completing work, way overextended on delivering quality service with current staff. employees completely in the dark on whats going on.
