Pros
Good pay when you make a sale. Owner is dedicated to company growth and rewards successful employees. Company provides good amount of leads if you can keep your head above water in the sales metrics.
Cons
A lot of uncompensated time. Especially weekly meetings (4-8 hours per week unpaid) where they simply beat the same sales process into your head. You can go weeks without compensation. Lack of training on the inspection side, very heavily focused on sales and numbers. After training it takes a while to receive your first paycheck. Can be more than a month of no pay.
