Pros

What stood out to me from day one was the people and the work culture. Everyone I've worked with has been incredibly supportive, experienced, and genuinely willing to help. It truly feels like a collaborative team environment where people have each other's backs. The company culture is excellent day to day interactions are positive, and teamwork is strongly encouraged. One thing I really appreciate is how the company organizes and celebrates various events, both indoor and outdoor activities, which helps build meaningful connections across teams. I've had the opportunity to work across different business sectors and gain hands-on experience with a wide range of tools and technologies. The company genuinely supports professional growth through learning opportunities, certifications, and skill development programs. Work-life balance is solid, and there's a real emphasis on continuous learning, which makes this an ideal environment for anyone looking to grow in data analytics, business intelligence, or machine learning.

Cons

Honestly, I haven't encountered any major cons during my five years here. Every workplace has room for continuous improvement, but nothing stands out as a significant issue.

Pros

There has been a noticeable positive shift in 2026. After a lot of turnover (both layoffs and resignations) and unrealistic goals in 2025, leadership appears to have taken notice and listened to the team they have left. There is a new emphasis on a positive and healthy culture, with a more defined business plan for the year. Transparency and communication from leadership have increased. Outside of the changes, the benefits and salary are good. Can't beat the work-life balance and flexibility of the remote role. People are good here; everyone is kind.

Cons

While the business plan is clearer, things still feel a little uncertain. Priorities and plans do need to be better defined. North America feels isolated from the rest of the Keyrus regions. Not many growth opportunities, as the company isn't growing.
