      Learning on the job and potential for good experience.

      Cons

      No training despite repeated promises. Unrealistic expectations with minimal resources. Some unpleasant and unhelpful members of the team who are deliberately obstructive to the point it's impossible to complete any tasks even if organised with adequate notice.
