Pros
KEYW acquired my former company. Excellent benefits: several health insurance options, life and dental Insurance, 10% 401K match, stock options, 10 holidays, 20 days PTO/year, salary very competitive. Very family friendly company.
Cons
Upward mobility paths are not well defined and the company is more worried about acquisition than developing current workforce. Public company and value is based off the technical standing of the company.
