      -Downtown office -Semi-frequent in-office lunches and events -Fun company culture -Hybrid work environment with flexible hours

      -Company revolves around an unachievable framework -Average pay with a poor bonus structure -Terrible communication between and in every department -Outdated equipment that's just refurbished -You may get assigned work that shouldn't be yours -High turnover -Work/life balance seems to blend into work -Don't value good quality employees -Some employees put on a pedestal with others who are expendable -Lack of team building/collaboration and staff retreats

      Pros

      I joined Key Media in June of 2021 and I've had an amazing working experience so far! As someone with a marketing background I was looking for more creative freedom, and that is exactly what I got! Management is very empowering and helps you reach your goals, but gives you the flexibility and creative freedom to work on projects without being micro-managed. Plenty of opportunities for growth within the company as well. HR was very helpful with on-boarding and connecting me with staff I would be working with on a regular basis. Overall I am extremely happy with Key Media and look forward to growing my career here!
