Toxic work culture. The company is a family business with the wife and husband not getting along. Hr admin department under the wife but you're working directly with the husband means you're always confused on who to go to for what. Not forgetting the animosity between this department and other departments under the husband. The pay is also low. Some managers are not competent to hold the positions they have. Some exhibit mental/psychological issues so you can imagine the department employees well being.Others rule with iron fists deny employees leave and nit pick everything their employees do to micromanage and witch hunt. Work home balance is something to forget about working here.Salary reviews are only done for some people of course based on whom the md favours and listens to (Favourite Managers) and not all people
