Pros
KHN is a good network to work for, overall. Your coworkers are definitely the best part. There is a very high sense of team and they really become your family. Competitive pay. Tuition reimbursement. Ample opportunity to move up into management, if desired.
Cons
At times, the decisions of administration can really break the trust of "lower level" employees. For example, more than once they have closed units with zero warning to those employees-even though, obviously, they knew for some time they would be putting many people out of work. They do try to retain those employees and place them on other units if there are spots open and you are qualified. However, at that point, many of the employees are fed up and go to another network all together.
