Pros

I left corporate society to come and work for Kessler Creative. Since I have been here, I have been treated as if I was part of their family. My children have medical problems and I have NEVER not been able to go and care for them or leave for a doctors appointment. In fact, I recently heard the boss tell someone that they haven't had a day off and they should take one. I personally have been so appreciative for what they have done for me, personally this past year. I have been working here for over a year and have been promoted 3 times. When I started here I didn't know anything about the printing or marketing industry. I was trained and taught the industry throughout my process here. Do to learning the industry and being dedicated to the company I have grown with them. Respect is given to those who respect their employer. A training schedule is given to each new employee with a trainer. Some perks are on the spur of the moment you will hear....Just want everyone to know we are buying lunch for everyone today. Or you receive an email that tells you they are buying breakfast on a certain day. We have quarterly meetings, with awards and bonuses.

Cons

If you are a person that doesn't like to keep busy or you don't manage your time well, you might have a problem. This is a fast pass environment, so it is very easy to get caught up in your work and not know what time it is.

Pros

At Kessler Creative, the sky's truly the limit when it comes to creative prowess. If you’re an aspiring professional aiming to get your hands dirty with unique projects and innovative solutions, this is the place for you. Every day is a blend of unique challenges and rewarding experiences. Plus, you get to work alongside some incredibly talented individuals. The company's commitment to quality is evident not just in their end products, but also in the tight-knit community they've fostered. Oh, and did I mention? The high-quality printing services are like the cherry on top!

Cons

While the work environment is electric with creativity and ambition, there might be those occasional long nights before big deadlines. But, come on, which creative firm doesn't have those? It's all a part of the game!

Pros

Coworkers, the people, really make the atmosphere fun. Fast-paced work environment so dull moments are pretty infrequent. Diverse and inclusive.

Cons

The biggest con is the lack of communication and structure from management. They have work "processes," but they will change constantly and the knowledge is not shared. There are no resources because no one has the time to make them. The amount of work they expect even those at entry level to do is not equittable to their income. They only care about results, and will promise you change is coming, but it will never come, because there is not enough time to actually put new practices in place. There's too much work and not enough workers. The "work culture" is not worth the bullying that comes from upper management if you are not a mind reader. Pizza parties do not make toxicity okay. As someone who really faught for this company, take it from me. Save yourself and do not work here.
