Pros
Company culture is great. There's accountability across the entire company. The products are high-quality and the focus on customers and partners is tops. Employees are treated very well. The company sponsors a number of fun activities that promote team-building and often incorporate family members such as: product release celebrations, social gatherings each Friday at the end of the day, annual holiday party, annual Earthquakes soccer game, annual Sharks game, annual picnics, and more. While these activities don't show up in the form of $'s in your bank account, they do fill you up emotionally and are worth considering as a potential employee.
Cons
Some of the partners really need to be replaced. Many lack salesmanship and simply rely too heavily on Kerio's resources to win business...often very small deals. Recent acquisition by GFI has employees, partners, and customers feeling cautiously optimistic.
