I was part of this company for 3 years. I joined this company as .net trainee for training and then luckily i got placed in this company. Management is very helpful. They knows how to deal with their employees. i started my career with keptbug at that time I was very much worried about my career but i got the best opportunity anyone can have as fresher. now m not working at keptbug but whenever they need me I will work for them.

I dont have anything downsides for this company. Infact how can i say that they had given path to my career.

Good quality work. There are good manager who are caring and will help you grow both in terms of skill and career. No restriction in work duration and time

Could compensate better in terms of salary. The new managers who are hired are not up to the expected level in terms of people management.
