Pros
Positive Mission Statement. Good Job/ Hard Respectable Work. Yes, Making things that Matter. Some good people - but they usually get chased out by the bad. The good that stays has learned to just keep their mouth shut; don't make waves. KT has a good Mission Statement, but upper management and leadership does not follow it, even if you do as an employee. If you smoke you get more breaks than other employees. If you've been there a long time, have family as a co-worker, or are really full of yourself you get to stop working 20-30 minutes early everyday to go start your vehicle so it can warm it up, to peel out of there. If you like being on your cell phone often, hiding from your job, posting to Facebook while on the clock or videoing others while working, it is all okay to upper management.
Cons
Management and especially HR keeps employees who continually break the rules; and when they do break the rules, they get a slap on the wrist and talked to, or maybe a note, but nothing is ever followed through or done to prevent further behavior. More bad employees than good. Point system is a joke for bad employees. Mission Statement reads more like; "Do the opposite of what we claim and you get to keep your job, offered ot, that you'll never be forced to take and you get to goof around." Too much nepotism of bad employees families (Apples not falling far from that tree.) Plenty of bullying. Need to have a lot of your own tools; and watch them like a hawk, or they grow feet or wings. If you don't smoke you have to continue to work and not get extra breaks. If you try and do the right thing, you will get punished in the end.
