Scary company to join, resign and they will not pay you your salary or they will find ways to hold your pay. Think before you sign anything otherwise you'll definitely be at loss. They will always want to go MOM or Civil court to file for claim once you tender your resignation. The founder wife is a power hungry person where she will find ways to get rid of you once she knows that you are more capable than her. Whole organization is in a complete mess yet they don't see it at all.
